Blood / Hematology Hemo Concepts, Inc. announced its agreement with St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston, TX, to implement the company's Integrated Blood Conservation Program at the Texas Heart Institute. The Texas Heart Institute was founded by Dr. Denton A. Cooley in 1962 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the devastating toll of cardiovascular disease through innovative and progressive programs in research, education and improved patient care.
